Computer Parts Alliance Shipping and Return Policy
Items may be returned for any reason within 10 Days after the invoice date.
All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, or $50 whichever is greater
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned products must be in original condition as shipped with all included materials.
Parts that have been tampered with, or have had their labels tampered with, and returned to CPA will not be refunded, and will not be returned afterwards.
All Warranty & Returns require a Return Authorization Number.
You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number, prior to shipping back any items.
You must write your Return Authorization Number in clear large letters on the outside of the box.
Returns with no Return Authorization Number in clear large letters on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
